About Chris
Search Engine Optimization to me, is one of the most interesting subjects I have had the pleasure of learning about. I decided to start teaching others on a personal basis in 2007 and absolutely loved it. One of the best ways to learn is to teach others what you know. This develops new questions and answers to the most important topics in any subject, especially as it relates to Search Engine Marketing.
The purpose of this site (initially) is to teach others who are willing to learn how to achieve their search marketing goals in two ways.
1. Reporting on some of the most important SEO/SEM/PPC topics in the blog
2. Providing a community that benefits both the novice and the experienced Search Engine Marketers

Brief History about Chris:
Chris started his work and research in SEO/SEM/PPC 6 years ago while employed for an automotive group in Minnesota. Over his time there he had the privilege of learning tactics from some the great minds in search and attending such events as Search Engine Strategies Conferences. Additionally he created one of the most visited dealership sites in his niche leaving the competition scratching their heads.
Chris is also the Co-Founder of Rank Crankers LLC, a internet marketing company based in Minnesota. The goal of Rank Crankers is to provide only what the client needs. This done by an in depth analysis of the client’s goals and capibilities. Because SEO is a never ending process and many businesses just need to know where to start this is an ideal approach.
Beyond the world of SEO Chris lives in Minnesota year round (yikes!). He is married and has two dogs all of which he loves very much. His interests include walking the dogs, biking, traveling and billiards.
